J.W.Green is a privately owned group of companies formed in 1978 by the current Owner / Managing Director Jim Green. The group includes the following companies

J.W.Green Coachworks Ltd. - Accident Damage Repair Specialists.
J W Green Properties. - Property Developers
The Welsh Green Property Co. - Property Developers and Letting Agents

The Coachworks, being the Flagship, was set up by Jim Green after 14 years in the motor trade. Jim served a 5 year apprenticeship as a Panel Beater, before being employed by various main dealers in and around the Glasgow area.
J.W.Green Coachworks was formed in 1978 in a builders yard in Giffnock, soon establishing ourselves as a company anxious to prove to our clients that..

In 1988 we relocated to our new workshops situated in the Auldhouse Retail Park in the South side of Glasgow and it is here we carry out repairs to the highest standards.

We presently employ 18 members of staff.

Billy Davidson is our Bodyshop Manager

Aaron Cleland is Assistant Estimator
Clair is our Receptionist
Elizabeth Smith is in charge of Finance

Technical Staff
Jim Shearer is Workshop Foreman
Strip & Build headed by William Mc Leod and in charge of Panel Beating is Danny Glen

Managing Director Jim Green is on hand daily to resolve any unforeseen problems that may occur. Theses are the words the MD has used many times during the years, and has proved that small is beautiful on lots of occasions when we have our finger right on the pulse and can tell at a glance on the screen what stage of repair a vehicle is at.

We operate a strict Quality Control system, which commences the minute the vehicle is left in our care and follows it all through the workshop.
